Bildarchiv Kaprun Museum
Dieses Bildarchiv wird demnächst durch eine von der Gemeinde Kaprun betriebene Topothek ersetzt, in der Zwischenzeit wünschen wir Ihnen viel Freude beim Betrachten der Bilder von Oberlehrer Rauch, welcher in den 1920er und 30er Jahren in Kaprun gewirkt und das Leben und die Leute mit seiner Kamera verewigt hat.
Auch in der Kesselfallklamm gab es eine beeindruckende Steganlage über den Wasserfall. Nikolaus Gassner ließ 1895 den Kesselfall und die
Klamm mit 250 Glühlampen und 10 Bogenleuchten beleuchten. Für damalige Verhältnisse eine Sensation. Ein Kleinkraftwerk versorgte auch
das ein Jahr später errichtet Hotel Kesselfall.
